You are required to read the notification letter carefully and download the needed forms via the links provided. Please follow the instruction steps to complete the registration. Afterwards, you must submit those registration files before the registration deadline.
♦: Student fee is ONLY applicable for full-time students who are FIRST authors. Students have to provide a valid certificate from their departments.
♦♦: One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only ONE hard copy.
♦♦♦: One regular registration can cover a paper within Five pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
As coronavirus spreads worldwide, some authors cannot attend the conference because of travel restrictions. In order to enhance communication among authors, the organizing committees welcome those authors to join in the conference by media method, like online presentation, video presentation, etc. Online presentation sessions will be arranged accordingly besides oral sessions and poster sessions.
As Authors, you can publish the manuscript and deliver paper presentation on ICMAS 2021. You must submit Full-length Manuscript for review before the submission deadline.

As Presenter, you can deliver a presentation on ICMAS 2021, but the presented manuscript WILL NOT be published. Abstract is necessary to submit.

As Listener, you can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published.

Registration fee covers all conference sessions, conference document, meals and reception. Cost of accommodation is not covered by registration fee.

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded. The organizing committee is not responsible for problems beyond our control, such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, etc.
* The organizing committees reserve the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
